Submitting an HCS Bundle

The MedMorph Track of Connectathon 29, 2022-01 (see Artifacts of Focus), utilized this HCS bundle:

The content in that file (Bundle_hcs-report.json) was entered into an EHR based on the content given in

The bundle contains information for an ambulatory encounter for patient “Zarla Doy”.

If you want to construct an HCS bundle for sumbitting to the CDC endpoint during Connectathon 33, you can use the Excel file to locate the data in the json file and edit it appropriately. You can then submit your bundle using Postman to the CDC endpoint: URL TBD.
